During the vitality test, the percentage of non-motile spermatozoa that are alive but unable to move is determined, while immunological tests assess possible immune-related infertility, the number of spermiogenic cells and leukocytes, as well as sperm agglutination. Morphological evaluation determines the percentage of spermatozoa with normal structure and assesses possible abnormalities of the sperm head, neck, or tail. MiOXSYS is particularly useful in diagnosing infertility of unknown origin, as well as infertility associated with varicocele, various infections and inflammations, poor semen quality parameters, and in identifying possible causes of unsuccessful assisted reproductive procedures.
