This assessment is designed to thoroughly analyze your gait and running technique and style, as well as to detect changes in the body's biomechanical system that could have harmful effects—causing pain or leading to various injuries. To begin the assessment, the specialist asks questions regarding your lifestyle and physical activity in order to provide the most accurate recommendations for treatment or maintaining healthy movement by the end of the session. During the test on the treadmill—while standing, walking, and running—your feet are scanned by special sensors on the treadmill deck and side cameras, which help measure the load placed on the feet and precisely record your gait and running mechanics. The physical assessment takes up to 15 minutes, and during the remaining 45 minutes, the specialist analyzes the results together with the patient and provides personalized recommendations.
