About

Your miracle is our mission!

For more than two decades, the “Northway” Fertility Centers have been the largest network of fertility clinics in the Baltic States. Among the most modern fertility centers in Europe, they bring together four state-of-the-art laboratories meeting the highest standards in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga, along with a broad team of experienced medical specialists, ensuring that the most advanced infertility treatment methods help fulfill patients’ dreams. Fertility center specialists sincerely care for and support patients at every step of their fertility journey.

TEAM OF EXPERT PHYSICIANS

Throughout your fertility journey, you are supported by a wide team of highly qualified medical specialists. Fertility clinics provide consultations and procedures performed by fertility experts, including obstetrician-gynecologists, embryologists, andrologist-endocrinologists, urologists, lifestyle medicine specialists, medical psychologists, and acupuncture specialists. During the entire treatment process, patients are cared for by a personal coordinator who is always ready to help and answer any questions, ensuring the couple’s comfort and peace of mind.

MODERN LABORATORIES

A fertility clinic laboratory is a special place where new life begins, which is why it must meet exceptionally high standards. All “Northway” fertility centers are equipped with laboratories that comply with the highest standards, feature the latest laboratory equipment, and implement advanced embryo cultivation, evaluation methods, and quality management systems.

WHEN SHOULD YOU SEEK HELP?

According to best practice recommendations, in the absence of obvious disorders and without using any contraceptive methods, a woman should become pregnant within one year. If pregnancy does not occur within that time, it is recommended to consult an infertility treatment specialist. Both partners are advised to seek consultation, as the couple’s evaluation is usually started simultaneously.

Women over the age of 35, as well as women who have experienced reproductive organ inflammations, ovarian dysfunction, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, or voluntary termination of pregnancy, and couples with known fertility issues preventing conception (for example, abnormalities in the male partner’s sperm), are advised to consult a doctor after six months of unsuccessful attempts to conceive.

Women are consulted and examined regarding fertility issues by obstetrician-gynecologists, while men are examined by andrologists or urologists specializing in fertility care.
