About the packageDeep plane facelift is an advanced surgical procedure designed for the most effective and natural facial rejuvenation. During this surgery, not only the skin but also deeper facial tissues (SMAS layer) are lifted, which allows for long-lasting results while preserving natural facial expressions.

How is it performed?The surgeon dissects the skin and the SMAS layer together as a single tissue block from the deeper facial structures. SMAS is a layer of tissue located deep beneath the skin and subcutaneous fat. It covers the muscles of the face and neck, connecting them to the skin.
