The plan is based on:Assessing our ability to digest and absorb nutrients, inflammatory state, biotransformation and elimination processes, hormonal status, and functions of other organ systems, as well as body physical parameters. Already known medical conditions and current treatment. Your unique needs, considering your genetics, lifestyle, and environmental factors.
What the plan covers?The plan covers key lifestyle factors - sleep and rest, dietary recommendations, targeted supplementation, physical activity, and distress management. If needed, tests are recommended to evaluate biochemical and physiological imbalances or genetic background. Best results are achieved only by assessing individual characteristics and needs. Ongoing support is provided.
